Chicken a la Pizza with Parmesan

No dough required! Just chicken breasts pounded flat and piled with all your favorite pizza toppings, including red sauce, mozzarella and Parmesan.

What You Need

 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
tsp.  garlic powder
tsp.  pepper
cup  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, divided
can  (8 oz.) pizza sauce
cup  KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Make It

HEAT oven to 400ºF.

POUND chicken breasts to 1/2-inch thickness. Place chicken in single layer in 13x9-inch baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle with seasonings and 1 Tbsp. Parmesan. Top with pizza sauce; sprinkle with an additional 1 Tbsp. Parmesan.

BAKE 20 min. Remove from oven; sprinkle evenly with mozzarella cheese and the remaining Parmesan.

BAKE 10 min. or until mozzarella cheese is melted and chicken is done (165ºF.)

How to Pound Meat
To pound chicken breasts, veal cutlets or tenderize beef, place meat in a freezer-weight resealable plastic bag, then pound the meat with the side of a heavy can, rolling pin or meat mallet until meat is the desired thickness. The bag will contain the liquids from the meat, minimizing the mess.
