    I used a rotisserie chicken instead which turned out amazing. I also used a Velveeta slice with jalapeno. My husband was in heaven!!! I will definitely make this recipe again!!

    very good. I've also made the same with pork instead of chicen & both recipes came out wonderfully. For me, I like to use the crock pot .. the meat is much more tender this way.
