Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent recipe. Excellent recipe. Super easy and tasty. There are never any leftovers when I cook this dish. Easy to customize by adding you own flare with spices. My family enjoys spicy food so I add some red pepper flakes and some ground red pepper to the chicken mixture. Use either a ready cooked chicken or, if I don't have one, throw some boneless chicken breasts and thighs into some chicken broth and water to boil just until done (20 minutes max). Also very easy to double this recipe which I also do to feed my crowd. Highly recommend this dish.

Great stand-by recipe, everything keeps in the pantry (except for the veggies, frozen is better than canned). I use a 12.5 oz can of chicken breast and bisquick instead. I don't usually go for the canned chicken, but that brine flavor goes away when baked, I think. Some may like to add more seasoning. I've found it makes 3 adult servings, if this is all you have for dinner. Also, I've doubled the veggies at the cost of it being less saucy, but its still fine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was an excellent recipe. This was an excellent recipe. My family loved it. I used reduced fat crescent rolls instead of making the biscuits. I used reduced fat condensed soup and reduced fat sour cream. I also cooked the chicken in olive oil with mrs. dash and Garlic and added some mrs dash and minced garlic to the veggie/soup/sour cream mix and it was excellent. Added some nice flavor!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My kids and I loved this! My kids and I loved this!! Instead of the biscuit mix, I used crescent roll dough, torn in pieces and layer across the top. I baked without the crescent rolls for 20min, then put the crescent roll dough on and baked for 15min more....perfect!! My 9yr old son already asked when I was making this again?! A terrific, quick and delicious meal!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I liked this recipe. I liked this recipe. I did add more spices, (sage, rosemary and a little seasoned salt). For everyone questioning the term "baking mix", it's things like Bisquick that can be used to make biscuits. They are in the baking area at stores and say "baking mix" right on the box.
