COOK chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 6 to 7 min. on each side or until chicken is done (165ºF). Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
ADD vegetables; cook and stir 5 min. or until heated through.
STIR in cream cheese spread and milk; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Serve sauce spooned over chicken on platter; top with Parmesan and basil.
