Turned out AWESOME! I didn't have shredded parm. so I substituted with grated. Also I thinned the chicken so it would cook quickly and the crust would not be overdone. I am not a fan of greasy food, so I removed them from the oil when they were done, patted dry and placed them in the oven to melt the cheese...DELICIOUS!!!
