Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turned out AWESOME! Turned out AWESOME! I didn't have shredded parm. so I substituted with grated. Also I thinned the chicken so it would cook quickly and the crust would not be overdone. I am not a fan of greasy food, so I removed them from the oil when they were done, patted dry and placed them in the oven to melt the cheese...DELICIOUS!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from This was a good recipe. This was a good recipe. The only thing I would do differently is add a little more Italian spice to the bread crumbs/cheese mixture, as the chicken could have used a little more flavor. Also, it takes a little longer than six minutes on each side to cook, too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this and we loved it. I made this and we loved it. One evening I didn't have the chicken thawed so instead I used breaded chicken patties with the sauce and cheese over spaggettie noodles instead. Using breaded chicken breast was quicker but I would only rate it as good.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I really liked the simplicity of this recipe and it is easy enough for a weeknight dinner. I really liked the simplicity of this recipe and it is easy enough for a weeknight dinner. I put the marinara on the chicken before adding the mozzarella and popped it into the oven to warm the sauce and melt the cheese. Either way, it is delicious.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I would suggest a variation with the pasta, replacing linguinie with spaghetti. I would suggest a variation with the pasta, replacing linguinie with spaghetti. But overall, it's a great meal-a combo of chicken, veggies, and pasta. And the best part of this meal is that it's PERFECT with salad.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Yum-o! Yum-o!! Super good! I had to cook my chicken quite a bit longer and it didn't look as pretty as the picture but it was so good! I had the left overs for lunch today and it's one of my favorite meals now.
