  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Mix cream cheese spread, 2 Tbsp. milk and garlic powder in large bowl until blended. Add chicken, broccoli, shredded cheese and remaining milk; mix well. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover.
  • Bake 25 min. Meanwhile, mix cracker crumbs and butter.
  • Stir chicken mixture; top with crumbs. Bake, uncovered, 10 min. or until chicken mixture is heated through and crumb topping is golden brown.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I tweaked this recipe a bit to suit what I had on hand. I tweaked this recipe a bit to suit what I had on hand. I used frozen mixed veg, I didn't have the cooking cream so I made my own by adding a a couple of ounces of chicken stock to 8 oz of cream cheese, heat and whisk together. I then added garlic powder to it. It came out really good. I mixed the milk together with the cream cheese mixture and poured it over the chicken, cheese and veg. I had the issue with the excess water but I just stirred the chicken before adding the crumbs. I didn't have ritz so I used panko instead. It was quite the hit with the family. Would definitely make this again.

I had to defrost my chicken in the microwave first, so it cooked slightly. I used the steamed bag broccoli and cooked it in the microwave first. I think this cut down on the excess liquid other reviews mentioned. After the first 25 minutes the chicken was relatively cooked (they were cut into small cube about 1 in. each), as a precaution I dumped some of the excess liquid (maybe half a cup)in the end I don't even think that was necessary. I added some additional cheese when I added the crackers, making the dish very cheesy, which my husband and I like. After taking it out of the oven, the liquid solidified some. The dish was very tasty and we would have it again. I was going to make rice as other reviews mentioned, but even my husband, thinks it may have been too much food. The dish was surprisingly filling.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent casserole. Excellent casserole. I cooked my chicken 1st in a skillet with a little olive oil. My package of broccoli was a little larger and of course I added extra cheese. Also added a few more crackers and butter to the topping. :o) Next time I may double the recipe and add mushrooms. Donna in Wisconsin.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This recipe is delicious! This recipe is delicious! It's hard to find dishes my husband really loves, but this is one! A few things I did differently after reading the comments. First, I used fresh broccoli that I steamed. I think this helped cut down on some of the water, some were complaining about. Second, I used a jalape?o cheddar that I shredded myself. It added just a tiny kick and a TON of flavor! Definitely an easy meal to make again and again.

My fiance gobbled it right up..barely any leftovers! Would recommend! Will definitely be keeping this one in the rotation

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I agree with a lot of the other reviews - TOO MUCH WATER! I agree with a lot of the other reviews - TOO MUCH WATER! The taste o top was delish, but the water on the bottom of the casserole ruined it. Like someone suggested, you probably need to PRE-COOK the FROZEN VEGGIES to get rid of the excess water. I used frozen green beans, fresh mushrooms, mozzarella cheese with the uncooked chicken breasts with the Kraft Garlic auce.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I used Velveeta instead of cheddar cheese, and it turned out well. I used Velveeta instead of cheddar cheese, and it turned out well. I did have to bake it for about an hour, because the milk made the sauce seem very soupy. However, once it pulled out of the oven it set up a bit and I actually would recommend cooking it more than the recommended 35 minutes but less than an hour because it will set. Good flavor!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delicious and Easy I tried this recipe last night and it was a hit! Even my picky granddaughters loved it. There was nothing left at the end of the meal. I used fresh broccoli and steamed it first. I also cooked my chicken before adding it to the recipe. I cut the cook time 5 minutes since the chicken was cooked. I didn't have excess liquid like I read in some of the recipes, probably since the broccoli and chicken were cooked. I would definitely make this again!
