Chicken Broccoli Cheddar Skillet

Everyone loves broccoli and cheddar together. And when they're mixed with skillet-cooked chicken breasts and rotini pasta? Even better!

What You Need

2
cups  whole wheat rotini pasta, uncooked
1
lb.  boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1/2
cup  chopped onions
1
Tbsp.  olive oil
1
pkg.  (10 oz.) frozen broccoli florets, thawed
1
can  (10-3/4 oz.) reduced-fat reduced-sodium condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4
cup  fat-free milk
1
cup  KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, divided

Make It

COOK pasta as directed on package omitting salt; drain.

MEANWHILE, cook and stir chicken and onions in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat 5 to 7 min. or until onions are crisp-tender and chicken is done. Add pasta, broccoli, soup and milk; stir. Cover. Cook 6 to 8 min. or until heated through.

STIR in 1/2 cup cheese. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; cover. Cook 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
