  • Melt butter; toss with cracker crumbs. Sprinkle evenly over casserole.
  • Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve warm.

Substitute

Substitute 2% Milk VELVEETA for VELVEETA.

    This is a GREAT recipe to make. My family loves it! It is even better if you use more crackers for the topping.

    I LOVED THIS!! I read some of the reviews and took their advise with the soup, however, I used Broccoli Cheddar soup instead of Cream of Chicken. I also precooked the chicken and seasoned it for more flavor. I also precooked the broccoli, and I used fresh broccoli instead of frozen. I mixed all that plus cubes of velveeta cheese put on A LOT of ritz crackers. I might use corn flakes for a better crunch. The whole family LOVED IT!!!!!
