  • Mix chicken broth and soy sauce; set aside.
  • Cook and stir broccoli and garlic in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat until crisp-tender. Remove from skillet; keep warm.
  • Add chicken to skillet; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until cooked through. Add broth mixture; mix well. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add mustard; mix well. Return broccoli mixture to skillet; mix lightly. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.

Substitute

Prepare as directed, using GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard.

Next time I'll try one cup each of broccoli, onion (sliced), green pepper, and pre-cooked carrots since we liked Kraft's "Mustard-Glazed Carrots" a lot. Think it would be a more flavor balanced dish that way (for us).

I used half of the dijon that was called for because some reviewers said it was too much, but next time I make it I will definitely add more mustard.

I used original Grey Poupon and it worked out great. My husband really enjoyed it as did I. This recipe is definitely a keeper!!
