Ratings & Reviews

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great dish... Great dish... with a few tweaks. I followed the recipe exactly, and even marinaded the chicken before cooking. And while it had a great flavor in the pan, when serving it over the pasta, much of the flavor was suddenly lost. As others have mentioned, I would recommend at least doubling the amount of dressing, and as a final step adding the pasta to the pan and add more dressing as needed. Also, if you are using fresh broccoli instead of frozen, don't be afraid to go heavy on it as it will cook up. I was a little disappointed at how little was left in the final product. Also, fresh sliced mushrooms would be a welcome addition while cooking the chicken and broccoli.

I read through everyones comments and modified the recipe as follows: (1) marinated the chicken before cooking (2) Used Fat Free dressing (3) About doubled the amount of Parm Cheese (4) Spiced it up with extra parsely, pepper and italian seasoning (5) added 1 chicken boullion dissolved in 1/2 cup water (6) used scallions instead of regular onions. It was VERY good. Probably restaurant quality. Next time, I will double the amount of veggies-- since it seemed like the pasta overpowered the veggies and we're always trying to increase the quantity of veggies in our diet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from After some minor tweaking, it came out GREAT! After some minor tweaking, it came out GREAT! I added chopped mushrooms, frozen spinach and a little (a lot) more cheese than the recipe calls for. Also, the pasta is extremely bland so after I drained it, I tossed it with a bit of butter (just a bit) and some rosemary. You can pretty much use any thing you have handy that would give it some flavor. Just get creative. It is one of the few recipes I make on at least a weekly basis.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My boyfriend loved this. My boyfriend loved this. I hadn't cooked in years, but after divorce and a new boyfriend, I am excited again about cooking. He loves good food, and it is a joy to cook for him. He LOVED this. Did not have fresh tomatoes or fresh broccoli, so used Italian style chopped tomatoes in a can, frozen, thawed broccoli, and served it on broad noodles as that is what I had on hand. Also added extra cheese. We had leftovers the next night! YUM!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from We had this dish last night for dinner. We had this dish last night for dinner. It was great! Easy to make! Kids and Husband ate it without complaint (well, 1 plate had the broccoli removed, but then had a second helping!) We have 5 in our household and we also had a guest so I just sort-a played with the amounts...I think I used about 3/4 the bottle of dressing and almost 2 lbs. of chicken... Everyone loved it and I will be making it again!!! Thank you Kraft!

I made this recipe before and did not change the recipe with the exception of not using the tomatoes and my family ate it but it wasn't one of their favorites. I made this recipe again but used Kraft Sun-dried Tomato Dressing and once again leftout the tomatoes but also added about 1/4 cup of red wine to the chicken while cooking. I had NO complaints when we ate it again a few days later for leftovers!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was great.. This was great.. i was very impressed. I made a fairly large change though.. I made this with kraft greek with feta and oregano instead of italian. I has marinated some chicken earlier with the greek and didn't think i should mix greek and italian so i just went with it. I used a lot more dressing and a lot more cheese. Next time i'll use more of everything. and I also added mushrooms. It was great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hubby and I loved this! Hubby and I loved this! As another reviewer mentioned, I also used Rotel tomatoes since I didn't have fresh on hand. I didn't have the dressing, either, so I used several shakes of a balsamic & basil dipping oil with the garlic which I freshly pressed into the pan. To the chicken and broccoli I added some chopped onion. Finally, I gave it some grinds of salt & pepper. Delish!
