Did a bit of adjusting to turn it into a crock pot meal. FANTASTIC! Included 1/4 c of the marinade for flavor and liquid instead of the milk, which could curdle.
Fantastic! Super easy, and my husband and I loved it! (So did my 18 mo old once I handed over the ketchup lol). I halved the recipe, since it was just the 3 of us :)
This dish is yummy. I made it with sliced canned new potatoes. Hubby and I enjoyed it, the kiddos not so much as they don't like things mix together. Will add it to the make again once we are empty nesters. LOL!
