Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is a very fast and good meal. This is a very fast and good meal. I added garlic and seasoned the chicken. I'm glad I did or I think it might have been bland. I also used the Stove Top stuffing in a box because I didn't have any in a canister and it came out just fine with one box. I only had large chicken breasts on hand so I used 2 and cut them into thirds and that worked. Great option for a weeknight dinner when you're short on time.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Delicious. Delicious. I didn't have broccoli, so I used frozen string beans (broke them in half). I added toasted almonds and dried cranberries. Yummy. Easy recipe and kids liked it too. Especially the cranberries. I might try marinating the chicken in melted cranberry jelly next time just for something different. This is a little taste of Thanksgiving any time of the year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It was delicious! It was delicious!! 5 thumbs up! I was nervous about making everything in a skillet instead of baking it, however, it turned out great. These are all foods that i regularly eat, so mixing them together was a great idea. The only things I did differently was seasoned my chicken and I added that cheese once I placed the food on my plate while it was still hot because, cheese can get sticky and some like it cheesy and some like no cheese at all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I just made this for dinner. I just made this for dinner. I was nervous throughout the process because I didn't think that the brocolli or stuffing would cook up right. I was pleasantly surprised. Everything in the dish cooked perfectly, and it was delicious. So quick & easy. My husband loved it. I will definitely make this often.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this recipe! I love this recipe! My family loves it, it's fast and easy, and it's healthy. Can't go wrong. I do, however, cut the chicken into chunks about the size of an egg before cooking. I think it cooks faster that way.
