What You Need

small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.)

Tbsp. oil

cup water

pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli florets, thawed, drained

cups STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken in the Canister

cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Make It

COOK chicken in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat for 6 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.

ADD water and broccoli to skillet; bring to boil. Add stuffing mix; stir just until moistened.

RETURN chicken to skillet; sprinkle with cheese. Reduce heat to low; cover. Cook 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

This is a very fast and good meal. I added garlic and seasoned the chicken. I'm glad I did or I think it might have been bland. I also used the Stove Top stuffing in a box because I didn't have any in a canister and it came out just fine with one box. I only had large chicken breasts on hand so I used 2 and cut them into thirds and that worked. Great option for a weeknight dinner when you're short on time.

I just made this for dinner. I was nervous throughout the process because I didn't think that the brocolli or stuffing would cook up right. I was pleasantly surprised. Everything in the dish cooked perfectly, and it was delicious. So quick & easy. My husband loved it. I will definitely make this often.

Excellent & SO easy.... i didnt have broccoli so i used frozen green beans instead and it was SO good!!

This was a quick and easy recipe and was really good. I will make it again. I used olive oil instead of vegi oil.

Very easy to make & tasted good.. I took the advice of other reviewers & seasoned the chicken first with garlic salt & pepper and I added onion. My husband really liked it and the kids didn't love it but they didn't complain either :)

My fiance and I love this recipe. We make it atleast once or twice a month. We add onion and use fresh broccoli.
