I've made it a couple of times. It's a keeper. My family pronounces it delicious. I don't know that the bacon makes any difference. I would prefer the recipe give a measurement for the onion instead of 1 onion. Onions come in different sizes. I used half of a large red onion.
so great! I didn't think it was going to be the best recipe but had all the ingredients on hand so figured I might as well make it. I halved the recipe for just enough for me and my husband but didnt halve the bacon part. It ended up being so amazing me and my husband were shocked and will be making it soon!
