  • Mix cream cheese, milk and garlic powder until blended.
  • Cook and stir chicken in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 to 6 min. or until done. Stir in broth; cook 3 min., stirring frequently. Add tomatoes and cream cheese mixture; cook and stir 3 min. or until heated through.
  • Add pasta to chicken mixture; toss to evenly coat. Top with basil.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a crisp tossed green salad.


Substitute 1 lb. uncooked peeled deveined medium shrimp for the chicken. Prepare as directed, reducing the initial cooking time to 2 to 3 min. or until the shrimp turn pink.


Omit broth. Substitute 1 large tomato, chopped, for the grape tomatoes.

    I made this with the suggested variation of adding garlic powder and thought it was quite good. It was easy to make, fast, doesn't require a lot of ingredients and didn't dirty a lot of dishes. I would give this 5 stars but Kraft needs to minimize the use of sodium in their products.

    Yum! I made this as listed and it was delicious - we have a family of only 3 and there were no leftovers! I took a reviewers suggestion and added some chopped dried onion and next time I would do the same. The tomatoes were excellent - I would suggest you get them off the heat just before they pop. I may try other vegetables as well - I think carrots and/or green beans would be very good, too.
