  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Pound chicken thighs to flatten; top each with 1 ham piece and 1 cheese piece; roll up.
  • Empty coating mix on plate. Moisten chicken with water, then dip into coating mix, turning to evenly coat all sides. Place, seam-sides down, in ungreased baking dish.
  • Bake 30 min. or until chicken is done (165°F.)

Omit ham and cheese. Cut 1 small carrot and 1 small zucchini into julienne strips. Spread 1/2 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard onto each flattened chicken thigh, then top evenly with vegetables. Roll up and continue as directed.
