Chicken Bundles

Smoked ham and mozzarella are rolled into flattened boneless chicken thighs and coated with a crispy seasoned coating mix to make these tasty bundles.

What You Need

 boneless skinless chicken thighs (1 lb.)
slices  OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Ham, cut into quarters
oz.  (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) KRAFT Mozzarella Cheese, cut into 12 (1x1/2-inch) sticks
pkt.  SHAKE 'N BAKE Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F.

POUND chicken thighs to flatten; top each with 1 ham piece and 1 cheese piece; roll up.

EMPTY coating mix on plate. Moisten chicken with water, then dip into coating mix, turning to evenly coat all sides. Place, seam-sides down, in ungreased baking dish.

BAKE 30 min. or until chicken is done (165°F.)

Omit ham and cheese. Cut 1 small carrot and 1 small zucchini into julienne strips. Spread 1/2 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard onto each flattened chicken thigh, then top evenly with vegetables. Roll up and continue as directed.
