  • Spoon beans down centers of tortillas; top with chicken. Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito-style.
  • Place, seam-sides down, in 13x9-inch baking dish; top with salsa and cheese. Cover.
  • Bake 20 min. or until burritos are heated through and cheese is melted.

My husband had 2 servings by himself, and told me it was one of the best recipes I've made. This recipe is definitely one of our favorites!

I used regular boneless chicken sliced up and mixed it with taco seasoning, just like you were making tacos. Just follow the package. I followed the recipe wit hever thing else. They make awesome leftovers!!

My husband really liked this recipe and trust me when I say he is fairly opinionated when it comes to my cooking. I did make a few adjustments of my own, I used brown rice and garnished with lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream.
