I used chicken tenders instead of the thighs. My 18 yrs. old son is a picky eater and he loved this !!!!!!
I added more garlic, white wine, fresh basil, fresh parley, a few capers, a little crushed red pepper, and a bit of chicken stock. Also I used chicken breasts instead of thighs mainly because we prefer breasts. I made the dish early today, as I like dishes that have a chance to develop the flavor. I'll see what my husband thinks about this dish when he has it for dinner tonight.
