  • Place pizza crust on baking sheet; top with mozzarella.
  • Bake 7 to 8 min. or until cheese is melted. Meanwhile, toss greens with remaining ingredients.
  • Top pizza with salad just before serving.

Try serving with melon wedges.

Chicken Caesar Wraps

Omit pizza crust and mozzarella cheese. Spoon salad mixture onto 6-inch flour tortillas. Fold in sides of tortillas, then roll up from bottom.

Substitute

Sounds very weird but is a great recipe (California Pizza Kitchen resturant makes a simular pizza but uses lettuce, bacon, tomatoe & ranch dressing). I put a tiny bit of dressing under the cheese before I baked it. I left off the crutons but added chopped tomatoes and freshly ground pepper.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very tasty! Very tasty! I put a little bit of the dressing on the pizza crust before I added the cheese and baked it. I didn't put the salad part all on top of the pizza, but kept it in a bowl and served it on top of each served piece... this kept it a bit less messy.

Rather than make a large pizza for just my husband and I, I took flat bread or pita bread, spread alfredo on the top of the bread then followed the recipe as stated. This gave us perfect portion sizes and a little extra flavor.
