  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 4 to 5 minutes or until cooked through.
  • Add soup, peas and water; bring to boil. Stir in rice; cover. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 5 minutes.
  • Stir in bacon bits and Parmesan cheese.

Make it Easy

Cut chicken into strips while still slightly frozen.


Substitute KRAFT 100% Grated Romano Cheese for the Parmesan cheese.

    I did like this recipe -- made w/minute brown rice, fresh cooked bacon & seasoned the chicken. The minute brown rice I used took an extra 5-7 min, just check the box directions. Next time... I would add some onion & garlic at the beginning with the chicken. I'm not a huge peas fan, so broccoli would be a great substitution. Maybe mushrooms added? Using low sodium soup & brown rice -- great healthy easy week night recipe!
