Rated 3 out of 5 by from I did like this recipe -- made w/minute brown rice, fresh cooked bacon & seasoned the chicken. I did like this recipe -- made w/minute brown rice, fresh cooked bacon & seasoned the chicken. The minute brown rice I used took an extra 5-7 min, just check the box directions. Next time... I would add some onion & garlic at the beginning with the chicken. I'm not a huge peas fan, so broccoli would be a great substitution. Maybe mushrooms added? Using low sodium soup & brown rice -- great healthy easy week night recipe!
