Chicken & Cheddar Salad

Got some leftover chicken? Cut it into cubes and toss it with some onions, peppers and cherry tomatoes to make this cheddar-cheesy salad.

What You Need

2
cups  chopped cooked chicken
1
small  red onion, thinly sliced
1
small  green pepper, cut into thin strips

Tbsp.  finely chopped fresh basil
1/4
tsp.  black pepper
1/3
cup  KRAFT Fat Free Italian Dressing
1
cup  KRAFT FREE Shredded Non-Fat Cheddar Cheese
4
large  leaf lettuce leaves
1
cup  cherry tomatoes, halved

Make It

COMBINE first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Add cheese; mix lightly.

REFRIGERATE 1 hour.

SPOON onto lettuce-covered platter; surround with tomatoes.
