How to Easily Cut Chicken

Cutting boneless skinless chicken breasts into pieces can be a slippery task. Make it safer and prevent the knife from slipping by cutting the chicken while it is partially frozen. The firmer chicken is much easier to cut and handle.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I made this for dinner a couple of nights ago & it was delicious! I made this for dinner a couple of nights ago & it was delicious! I didn't have any fresh tomatoes, so I used a can of diced tomatoes w/ chilies. Wow! I also did something a little different for leftovers for a very quick lunch. I just place the filling in the tortillas (not baked) , folded it together, added cheese to the top & microwaved for 1 1/2 min. It was even better!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this for my company that came over tonight and they all raved about it. I made this for my company that came over tonight and they all raved about it. They had never thought it was so easy to make a dinner so fast. My teenage son enjoyed it as he was on the run again to meet is girlfriend. He returned later with his girlfriend and asked if any was left, so that she could try some. It made me feel good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was EXCELLENT with a few changes. This was EXCELLENT with a few changes. We didnt care for the cilantro or the Taco Bell seasoning that was on the tortilla. For leftovers I left the cilantro off and left the tortillas plain..........and WOW!!! Very very very good!! I am sure we will make this again and again...........

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this recipe and it was awesome! I made this recipe and it was awesome! I did make some adjustments though. I used pita bread and toasted it in the oven, and I used green bell peppers instead of tomatoes. EXCELLENT! My 3 year old daughter ate it all and asked for seconds!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from My end result did not look like the picture. My end result did not look like the picture. I'm not sure what went wrong. One thing I would do differently is that I would not use fat-free cheese again. I, and my family, found the cheese to be tasteless and rubbery.
