  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 5 min., stirring frequently. Add tomatoes; cook 5 min. or until chicken is done and tomatoes are softened, stirring frequently. Stir in lemon zest.
  • Drain pasta. Add to ingredients in skillet; mix lightly. Sprinkle with stuffing mix.
