  • Stir in peppers and onions; cook and stir 2 to 4 min. or until crisp-tender. Add beans, broth and salsa; stir. Simmer 20 min., stirring occasionally.
  • Spoon over rice; top with ranchero sauce and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges.
