I've had this in my recipe box for a while now and I had a rotisserie chicken so I thought I would give it a go but I was very disappointed. I thought the flavors were too strong but my husband liked it though. I don't think I would make this again.

i love citrus flavored anything during the summer, it adds a light refreshing feel to the meal. I didnt use rotisserie chicken. I cooked my chicken breast with some lemon pepper and about 1/4 cp of OJ and then added a little extra soy and lemon pepper to the rice. DELICIOUS
