Rated 4 out of 5 by from The flavor of this rice was light, but delicious. The flavor of this rice was light, but delicious. It would go well as a side to many dishes. Very easy to make also. However, I am a flavor junkie. When I made this recipe the second time I used equal amounts of chicken broth and orange juice (3/4 c.). It was delicious! This will become a regular.

I didnt use rotisserie chicken. I cooked my chicken breast with some lemon pepper and about 1/4 cp of OJ and then added a little extra soy and lemon pepper to the rice. DELICIOUS

I've had this in my recipe box for a while now and I had a rotisserie chicken so I thought I would give it a go but I was very disappointed. I thought the flavors were too strong but my husband liked it though. I don't think I would make this again.

It was interesting blend of flavors but not something I think I want to try again. The orange flavor of the rice was too strong, I followed the directions step by step.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I really liked the rice. I really liked the rice. It was super fast in the microwave. I've often made a similar dish on the stove, but I think there is no difference by cooking the rice in the microwave. Another thought is to add some dried apricots...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The rice was great. The rice was great. I was a bit worried about the combination of orange juice, green onions, and almonds, but my husband loved it. He took the left over for lunch the next morning. I will try the rice again with a different meal.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I added mushrooms and shredded carrot and used a lot more soy sauce. I added mushrooms and shredded carrot and used a lot more soy sauce. The orange juice simply gives the rice a weird flavor. If I made it again, I would just use only chicken broth and no juice... And leave out the almonds.
