Chicken & Citrus Salad Recipe

What You Need

cups each baby spinach leaves and mixed salad greens

cups sliced fresh strawberries

1

can (15 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained

1/2

lb. sugar snap peas, halved

1

pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Oven Roasted Chicken Breast

1/2

cup PLANTERS Pecan Halves, toasted

1/2

cup KRAFT Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing

Make It

COMBINE all ingredients.

SERVE immediately.

Light feeling but full of flavor! The best part is that it requires no cooking so it's a perfect summer dish.

NIce tasting salad. I used left over strips of fried chicken and a honey mustard dressing.

I substituted Asiago Cheese for the feta cheese and added some Craisins. It was quick, simple to make, tasted great and was a very It was a huge hit!

The recipe was very good. I added crumbled blue cheese and used a grilled chicken breast cut into thin slices. Was also good with a honey mustard dressing.

The recipie was great! For it to be considered as fantastic I think the chicken should be marinaded in something so it's not so dry, more mixed veggies to overide the spinach a bit, and the dressing should be replaced with something other than vinegar.

I made this a few times last summer and could not find my recipe and walaaaa....here it is! My family and friends all loved it, not only is it good, its a very pretty salad!
