What You Need

2-1/2

cups chopped cooked chicken

tub (10 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Original Cooking Creme

1/2

lb. fresh asparagus spears, cut into 1-inch lengths

oz. OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Slow Cooked Ham, chopped

cup KRAFT Shredded Swiss Cheese, divided

RITZ Crackers, crushed (about 3/4 cup)

cups hot cooked wild rice

Make It

HEAT oven to 375ºF.

COMBINE first 4 ingredients and 1/2 cup Swiss cheese; spoon into 1-1/2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray. Top with remaining Swiss cheese; cover.

BAKE 45 min. or until heated through, uncovering and topping with cracker crumbs after 30 min.

SERVE over rice.

Substitute

Substitute 1-1/2 cups small fresh broccoli florets for the asparagus.

Delicious! I seasoned my chicken while cooking and mixed some chop onion in the casserole. I also used (2) containers of the "lemon & herb" cooking cream and I'm glad I did & served ovet the wild rice. Very good will make again.

LOVED IT! I seasoned the chicken with Hot Shot, Garlic and Thyme. Instead of asparagus (my hubby hates!) I used fresh green beans and added mushrooms. Also, I didn't have Original cooking creme, so I used Italian & Herb. WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!

This recipe was excellent. I did cook the chicken with plenty of seasoning, (onion, garlic, cracked balck pepper)since there wasn't any mentioned in the recipe. I kept everything else the same, except I served it over brown rice. We thought it was delicious, and did not come out dry at all.

This recipe has two main problems: too dry and too little flavor. There's barely enough sauce to handle all that is in it, and serving it over rice makes that situation worse. I hope there are better cooking creme recipes than this!
