Kraft Kitchens Tips

Makeover - How We Did It
We took a favorite recipe and made it over. We decreased the ham and cheese filling and coated the chicken in crispy bread crumbs and baked it instead of frying it. You'll get the same great taste but will save 150 calories and 10 grams of fat, including 4.5 grams of saturated fat, per serving.
Food Facts
Typically used in Japanese cooking, the coarser texture of the panko bread crumbs helps create deliciously crunchy crusts. Look for them near the other coating and bread crumb products in your local supermarket.
Substitute
Substitute OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Smoked Ham for the honey ham.
