What You Need

 green onions, thinly sliced, divided

cup  chopped cooked chicken
1/4
cup  MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1
tsp.  grated gingerroot
1
tsp.  orange zest
15
 Belgian endive leaves
1/3
cup  whole berry cranberry sauce

Make It

RESERVE 2 Tbsp. onions for later use. Combine remaining onions with chicken, dressing, ginger and zest.

SPOON about 1 Tbsp. chicken mixture onto each lettuce leaf. Top with cranberry sauce.

SPRINKLE with reserved onions.
