What You Need

3
 green onions, thinly sliced
1
cup chopped cooked chicken
1/4
cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1
tsp. grated fresh gingerroot
1
tsp. grated orange zest
2
heads Belgian endive, root ends trimmed, leaves separated
1/3
cup whole berry cranberry sauce

Make It

RESERVE 1/4 cup of the onions for later use. Mix remaining onions, the chicken, dressing, gingerroot and orange zest until well blended.

SPOON about 1 Tbsp. of the chicken mixture onto each lettuce leaf; top each with 1 tsp. cranberry sauce.

SPRINKLE evenly with the reserved 1/4 cup onions.

Make Ahead
Chicken mixture can be prepared ahead of time. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours. Then, use as directed.
