  • Heat dressing in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add flour; cook and stir 1 min. Gradually stir in broth; cook 2 min. or until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Cool slightly.
  • Add chicken, onions and crushed pepper; mix well. Shape into 10 (3-inch) logs; roll, 1 at a time, in cracker crumbs until evenly coated.
  • Heat oil in large skillet to 375°F. Add logs, in batches; cook 3 min. or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a steamed green vegetable, such as broccoli, and glass of fat free milk.
