Chicken Drumsticks with Bacon Brussels Sprouts

Skinless chicken drumsticks get a crunchy coating of chopped walnuts and are served with a yummy side of Brussels sprouts sprinkled with bacon.

What You Need

 chicken drumsticks (1-1/2 lb.), skin removed

Tbsp.  GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
3/4
cup  finely chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
1
tsp.  dried thyme leaves
1
lb.  Brussels sprouts, trimmed, cut in half
2
Tbsp.  KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
6
slices  OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled

Make It

HEAT oven to 350ºF.

PLACE chicken on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; spread with mustard. Mix nuts and thyme; sprinkle over chicken.

TOSS Brussels sprouts with dressing; add to baking sheet with chicken.

BAKE 30 to 35 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).

TOSS Brussels sprouts with bacon; serve with chicken.
