What You Need

Tbsp.  KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing, divided
1/8
tsp.  ground cumin
1/2
lb.  boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1
  red pepper, cut into strips
1/2
cup  sliced onions
4
large  iceberg lettuce leaves
1/2
cup  KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese

Make It

MIX 2 Tbsp. dressing and cumin in medium bowl. Add chicken; toss to coat. Refrigerate 30 min.

HEAT remaining dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add peppers and onions; cook and stir 6 to 8 min. or until crisp-tender. Transfer to bowl; cover to keep warm.

ADD chicken mixture to skillet; cook 8 to 10 min. or until chicken is done, stirring frequently. Add cooked vegetables; cook 2 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.

SPOON chicken mixture onto lettuce leaves; top with cheese. Roll up.
