The second time I rolled them up as burritos and put them in the oven for a little bit to melt the cheese and I think they were easier to eat, less stuff falls out of it.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Taste was okay and cooking was pretty easy but it just wasn't what I was expecting. Taste was okay and cooking was pretty easy but it just wasn't what I was expecting. I like fajitas and I like quesadillas but combining the two into one recipe just didn't work. 6 inch tortillas are too small IMO. They didn't hold the ingredients in very well. I wouldn't make this recipe again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great easy recipe! Great easy recipe! I made this the the other day for dinner, with a few variations. I used pork and & salmon instead of chicken. I also broiled the quesadillas- which was much easier than frying and less fat, too! They turned out wonderful! Good job- Kraft!
