Chicken Florentine Lasagna Rolls

Finely chopped chicken breast, ricotta, spinach and other tasty ingredients are rolled into noodles to make these tasty lasagna rolls.

What You Need

8
 lasagna noodles
1
 egg, beaten
2
cups  spinach leaves, chopped
1
pkg.  (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Italian Style Chicken Breast, chopped
1
cup  POLLY-O Original Ricotta Cheese
1/3
cup  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1
jar  (24 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1
cup  KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

COOK noodles as directed on package, omitting salt. Drain.

MIX next 5 ingredients. Spread 1/3 cup chicken mixture onto each noodle. Roll up tightly; place, seam-sides down, in 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Pour spaghetti sauce over roll-ups; sprinkle with mozzarella.

BAKE 30 min. or until heated through.

Substitute
Substitute 1/2 lb. chicken sausage or ground chicken, cooked and drained, for the chopped chicken.
Preparing Perfect Pasta
Follow the package directions to ensure that enough water is used for cooking the pasta. Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook until al dente (tender but still a little firm to the bite), stirring frequently. To prevent pasta from sticking, add it slowly to plenty of boiling water and stir frequently while cooking. Adding oil to the cooking water is not recommended because some sauces may not cling to pasta coated with oil.
