We really love this recipe which was originally developed using our recently discontinued FRESH TAKE Cheese Bread Crumb Mix. Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.
Assemble chicken bundles and place in baking dish as directed. Refrigerate up to 4 hours. When ready to serve, bake, uncovered, in 375ºF oven 35 min. or until chicken is done.

I made this recipe tonight for my family and we absolutely loved it. I made it with a side of mashed potatoes and green beans and it all went well together. I would definitely make this again!
My husband only believes in buying in bulk so I always have chicken in the freezer . I came across this dish it sounded good I made it and served it with a big bowl of pasta and sauce, a great beet salad and some garlic bread. Everyone raved was a hit for a quick family gathering . Beyond simple and very pleasing. Enjoy!
