  • Combine flour, paprika and pepper in shallow dish. Beat egg and milk in separate shallow dish until blended. Heat oil in large deep skillet on medium heat to 350°F.
  • Dip steaks in flour mixture, then in egg mixture and then again in flour mixture to coat both sides. Add steaks to oil in skillet, in batches; cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or until golden brown and done.
  • Heat gravy in a small saucepan until heated through; spoon over steaks.
