  • Cook chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 3 to 4 min. or until done, stirring frequently.
  • Stir in beans and water; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min. or until beans are tender.
  • Add VELVEETA and pepper; cook until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring frequently. Serve over rice.


To quick-thaw frozen green beans, microwave for about half the cooking time specified on the package.


Serve over hot cooked long-grain brown rice instead of white.

    I made this recipe last night and it turned out awesome. I didn't put as much cheese to it as i felt it was already enough. I added about 6 oz on cheese instead of the 8oz the recipe calls for. My boyfriend really liked it too. After reading some of the reviews before I made the meal I was just about to NOT make it but decided to go ahead. So I'm going to have to agree with some other reviewers that you need to follow the recipe in order to get it right!! It was very good and very easy to make!!!
