Did 6:00 sneak up on you again? How about cheesy chicken and green beans over rice in the skillet? It's ready in less than 25 minutes.

What You Need

lb.  boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
pkg.  (9 oz.) frozen cut green beans, thawed
Tbsp.  water
lb.  (8 oz.) 2% Milk VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
tsp.  pepper
cups  hot cooked long-grain white rice

Make It

COOK chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 3 to 4 min. or until done, stirring frequently.

STIR in beans and water; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min. or until beans are tender.

ADD VELVEETA and pepper; cook until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring frequently. Serve over rice.

Kraft Kitchens Tips

To quick-thaw frozen green beans, microwave for about half the cooking time specified on the package.
Serve over hot cooked long-grain brown rice instead of white.
Make it Easy
Prepare as directed, substituting 2 pkg. (6 oz. each) OSCAR MAYER Grilled or Italian Style Chicken Breast Strips for the cooked fresh chicken strips.
