Ratings & Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this recipe last night and it turned out awesome. I made this recipe last night and it turned out awesome. I didn't put as much cheese to it as i felt it was already enough. I added about 6 oz on cheese instead of the 8oz the recipe calls for. My boyfriend really liked it too. After reading some of the reviews before I made the meal I was just about to NOT make it but decided to go ahead. So I'm going to have to agree with some other reviewers that you need to follow the recipe in order to get it right!! It was very good and very easy to make!!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It was alright. It was alright. I think I like the other variation I've seen using the Shells & Cheese instead of the Rice & Velveeta. I also seasoned the chicken while it was cooking because it would have otherwise not been enough with just pepper, and as another substitute, I used a jar of cheese sauce instead of Velveeta for faster preparation. It was so-so, I wouldn't make this version very often.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It was pretty easy to make, cutting the chicken in the strips are easier when the chicken is... It was pretty easy to make, cutting the chicken in the strips are easier when the chicken is slightly still frozen. That is the only part that took the longest to make of the recipie. I substitued Broccoli insteat of the green beans and we liked it better. I should have used the Velveta cheese not the gratted kind. That is what I had on hand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very easy and very good. Very easy and very good. I did not use pepper because my kids freak if they see pepper so I seasoned the chicken with another seasoning they like and it was perfect! You could season it with whatever you like and it would be good! You could even change the veggie or add more! YUMMY

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was sooo good! This was sooo good!! I made it over white rice. I added mushrooms that I sauted on the side with butter. I also added 2 tbsp of butter when I added the green beans and I added a bit more water to make it creamer when I added the cheese at the end. Over all Great Receipe!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very quick and easy to make. Very quick and easy to make. I did however season chicken strips before cooking and I also used american cheese slices instead due to just using what was available. At first look my 2 girls looked at it and said no way!!! To their surprise they loved it!!

I rarely use the ingredients listed in a recipe, so this being no different I used whole grain rice instead of white rice. The cheese melted beautifully & everything tasted great. I even added more green beans as it just didn't look like enough.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I did make a couple changes to this recipe. I did make a couple changes to this recipe. We don't care for frozen green beans so I used two cans of green beans instead. I served it over egg noodles. This was a great recipe! My teenage boys and I really enjoyed it. Will make again.
