Chicken Gyros

What You Need

3/4
cup  chopped seeded peeled cucumbers
1/2
cup  KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1
Tbsp.  chopped dill weed
1
Tbsp.  lemon juice
1
clove  garlic, minced
1
lb.  boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
1/4
cup  KRAFT Greek Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
1
 onion, chopped
4
 pita breads, cut in half

Make It

COMBINE first 5 ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to use.

COOK and stir chicken in 2 Tbsp. dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 6 to 8 min. or until chicken is done. Remove from skillet; set aside. Add onions and remaining dressing to skillet; cook 5 min. or until onions are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Return chicken to skillet; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.

FILL pita halves with chicken and cucumber mixtures.

Special Extra
Serve gyros sprinkled with chopped tomatoes and ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese.
Variation
Substitute 4 pocketless pita breads or flatbreads for the regular pita breads. Spoon chicken mixture onto pita breads; top with cucumber mixture. Fold bread around filling to serve.
