I loved this. It was so good. Definitely spicy, but I love spicy. I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs for the meat. I also substituted a jalapeno pepper for the serrano pepper cuz I couldn't find it. I just cut off the stem and threw the whole thing in the blender seeds and all. Yum.
Absolutely delicious! Add another chile if you want to make is a lil' spicier. Great flavo, didn't take too long to make.
