Well, I happen to love orange juice, and thought this recipe was quite nice (though I did change a bit). The chicken came out golden on the outside and moist inside, and the sauce thickened and stuck very well. I used cinnamon instead of coffee, and omitted the grapes. My family loved it, and I gave the [improvised] recipe to my mother for her to enjoy as well.

My husband was afraid of cooking the grapes, we tried one cooked in and one added later: the cooked grapes were better. I also added sections of orange as well as the OJ and omitted the coffee granules. Delicious, will probably make this again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A quick note to some of the other ratings. A quick note to some of the other ratings. I did not cook the grapes, just added them to the dish more for a garnishment. And I did use the coffee grounds, I know it sounds weird, but it turned out great!
