Well, I happen to love orange juice, and thought this recipe was quite nice (though I did change a bit). The chicken came out golden on the outside and moist inside, and the sauce thickened and stuck very well. I used cinnamon instead of coffee, and omitted the grapes. My family loved it, and I gave the [improvised] recipe to my mother for her to enjoy as well.
ewwwwwwww this was soooo nasty it i mad this and couldn't even eat it it was nothing but orange jucie and i hate orange jucie but i thought it was going to tast like orange chiken the only reason i gave it 2 stares in sted of 2 was because my husband liked it but he likes all types of Asian Cuine's. but i couldn't even finish a bite of it...
A quick note to some of the other ratings. I did not cook the grapes, just added them to the dish more for a garnishment. And I did use the coffee grounds, I know it sounds weird, but it turned out great!
