Chicken Italiano Bake

Italian-style diced tomatoes and mozzarella give this chicken bake its right to claim the name "Italiano".

What You Need

can  (14-1/2 oz.) Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
1
pkg.  (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1-1/2
lb.  boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1
cup  sliced fresh mushrooms
1
 onion, finely chopped
1
cup  KRAFT Shredded Italian* Low-Moisture Mozzarella-Parmesan Cheese Blend

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Place tomatoes in medium bowl. Add stuffing mix; stir just until stuffing mix is moistened. Set aside.

COMBINE chicken, mushrooms and onions in 13x9-inch baking dish; sprinkle with cheese. Top with stuffing mixture.

BAKE 30 to 35 min. or until chicken is cooked through.
