  • Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Thread chicken onto skewers alternately with the vegetables.
  • Grill 6 to 8 min. or until chicken is done and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning frequently.
  • Meanwhile, mix mayo and barbecue sauce until blended. Serve as a dip with the kabobs.

I put a few extra things on the metal skewers though and I also marinated the chicken for great flavor with two seperate marinades for to different tasting chicken pieces. I made two different kinds of kabobs for variety and I made the mayo and BBQ sauce dip. I didn't have sweet and sour sauce on hand so I put honey and stir fry sauce together, extra honey, and it was a hit. I will definately make again for sure... I'm not even a big barbeque type of person but I fired up the grill just for this...

I make this a lot during the summer usually when we have guests and it's a hit every time. Though I wouldnt disagree to marinating the meat before hand, this is one of my personal favorite dishes. I love the mayo and bbq dipping sauce, two of my fav. things combined!!! I like putting mushrooms and tomoatoes on my skewers too. Thanks for the great idea!!

I would suggest marinating it for an hour, then brushing the kabobs with the marinade while on the grill. The sauces were good, especially the one made with salsa.

I made both the dipping sauces, my boyfriend just inhaled everything. I will be making this one again! Thanks KRAFT!
