This was incredible! My husband and I liked it so much! I added a touch more lemon to the Aoli sauce, but that was a personal preference.

What You Need

8
small  boneless skinless chicken breast halves (2 lb.)
1
pkt.  SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix
1/2
cup  BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/2
cup  KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
2
tsp.  grated lemon zest
2
Tbsp.  lemon juice
1
Tbsp.  minced garlic

Make It

PREPARE and bake chicken with coating mix as directed on package. Discard any remaining coating mix.

MIX remaining ingredients until well blended.

SERVE chicken topped with the sour cream mixture.

Serving Suggestion
Serve with 1/2 cup of your favorite cooked pasta and a serving of sauteed vegetables.
Substitute
Substitute boneless chicken thighs for the chicken breast halves.
Special Extra
For extra garlic flavor, add 1/2 tsp. garlic powder to the coating mix before using.
