Because my husband doesn't like chicken or any type of fowl, I cooked two pork chops in the oven and sliced them up after they cooled. Also, I couldn't find the Kraft Vinaigrette where I shop, so I used the Creamy Poppy Seed dressing, which went well with this dish. My husband enjoyed it (I was surprised) and he ate every last morsel on his plate. He thought it was very good.

I had never served mango before so my family was turning up their noses at the thought. They reluctantly tried the salad anyway and it was gone in an instant! I was astounded at how quickly they asked for more! Chicken was the main course so I left it out of the salad. Next time I might add candied walnuts or pecans. This dish is a winner, for sure!

I added strawberries and papaya to this recipe and toasted almonds in olive oil and red pepper as a topping. It was a big hit. I did not use chicken as this was may salad dish served with filet mignon. It was delicious. I made the salad Sunday evening and my dinner guest for tonight (same people) requested the same salad!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was an excellent "one dish healthy meal". This was an excellent "one dish healthy meal". I made it and took it to the hospital to share with my daughter who has been hospitalized for over 7 weeks with brain surgery. We both just loved it! We topped it off with a homemade peach shortcake and it was scrumptious! I bought the ingredients to make it again.

I love the different ingredients separately, but when put together in this salad - it was a delicious explosion of taste! The mango and avocado were so refreshing and the dressing made it nice and tart, while the chicken gave it substance. Made it as a whole plate for dinner, and will def make it again!

I used this recipe for teaching a high school creative foods class and for many events at home. The blend of flavors is perfect. Compliments are guaranteed. I have been asked many times for the "recipe" for the dressing. Kudos to Kraft! Omitting the chicken makes it a perfect side dish.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe was awesome! This recipe was awesome! My husband isn't a mango fan, but he loved this recipe. He said the avocado was what made this recipe great for him. I added walnuts to my salad and used a raspberry walnut dressing. I will definitely be making this again. A great, quick meal.
