I love yogurt and am always looking for new ways to use it in receipes. I used what was on hand - homemade Italian dressing, a little cream cheese, grapes and walnuts. It was really great with a zingy sweet/sour taste that kind of wetted the appetite like a fruit drink.
This is a great summer salad to make, especially if you like cantaloupe. The dressing may sound a bit different, but it tastes great! I did substitute the walnut pieces with pecan pieces instead and it tasted just as good. You just have to try this salad!
