You can use button, cremini or portobello mushrooms in this pasta dish.
Add 1 cup arugula or baby spinach to chicken mixture in skillet before adding the drained cooked pasta; cook and stir 1 min. or just until greens start to wilt. Add drained pasta; continue as directed.
Sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper before serving.

My husband and I liked this recipe but our 8 year old didn't. My husband said it was "make again" worthy. Perhaps on a romantic dinner for 2 night or something instead of family night.
This was very good and not too hard to make. My 8 yr old gave me 2-thumbs up.
I made this recipe for luncheon guests and everyone loved it! I would definitely make this again!
