Chicken 'N Peppers Pasta Skillet for Two Recipe

What You Need

cup rotini pasta, uncooked

1/2

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

1/2

cup thin green pepper strips

1/4

cup chopped onions

1

cup spaghetti sauce

1/4

cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Make It

COOK pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.

MEANWHILE, cook chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 5 min., stirring occasionally. Add vegetables; cook 3 to 5 min. or until chicken is done and vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

DRAIN pasta. Add to chicken mixture with spaghetti sauce; stir. Cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Top with cheese; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 2 to 3 min. or until cheese is melted.

My husband loved this dish! I diced both the onions and the peppers and it was great! Even my in-laws love it. I will definitely be making this again!

I made this just today and I loved it!!! Delicious!!! My mom tried it and she also loved how it came out so she is planning to make it herself for the whole family. For the sauce I used del monte tomato and basil spaghetti sauce, I think it gives it a great flavor. I also loved that it is quick and easy to make.

I just made this for the first time today, and my husband and I both really liked it. For the spaghetti sauce, I used Ragu Chunky Sundried Tomato and Sweet Basil Sauce., and I think this gave it a really good taste. I think I might try adding some mushrooms next time. This one is definitely a keeper!

Very good! Added some garlic when cooking the chicken and stirred in some sliced olives at the end. More than enough for my husband and me, we'll definitely make again!

This recipe was super easy to make and quite tasty for as little work as I had to put in. Also really appreciated that it was a two-serving recipe as those are kind of hard to find.
