My teens used this receipe and added diced jalepanos peppers, subsituted red/yellow peppers for the green (its what we had). They saute red/yellow peppers in dash of sugar to take the edge off bitter Bell peppers. Then mix in the other ingredients and added diced jalopenos for experiment. Viola... it was great. This website/newsletter is just wonderful. Now that I'm back working full time, they are preparing the evening meals and enjoy it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very tasty! Very tasty! I made this when I wanted to use up the ingredients I had on hand. Very simple and easy to make. I added minced garlic when cooking the chicken to add some more flavour and used marinara instead of spaghetti sauce since that is all I had. Also, I only had 1 red pepper and no green so I added asparagus and it tasted great and added the colour of the green pepper. Will definitely make again!

She is not a big green pepper fan but the spaghetti sauce hides the green peppers and onions well. Recommend it for a quick and tasty meal.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My children would prefer that I cut the green peppers even smaller than the recipe called for. My children would prefer that I cut the green peppers even smaller than the recipe called for. The cheese needs to be mixed in not just melted on top...I thought it was great the way it was and very easy.
