Rated 5 out of 5 by from The recipe was great. The recipe was great. You forgot to mention about seasoning. I added salt and pepper. I would also suggest, if not in the sauce, adding some garlic (Just a hint). A dab of butter in the pan also I think would help in frying the veggies/chicken. My chicken cooked a li'l too fast for the peppers. I didn't want to dry anything out. Maybe olive oil would be healthier. And the cheese, I opted for shredded. I tried the slices and didn't melt well enough for me, a li'l too heavy for the ingredients. Overall, I am going to definitely make it again.

I found that the chicken cooked too quickly for the vegtables so my peppers weren't as cooked as I liked them to be. I also used a bit more spaghetti sauce than the recipe suggested along with a pinch of italian seasoning. Instead of the cheese slices I used shredded mozzarella and it came out great. I'd like this recipe again but maybe I'll try cooking the vegtables first.

I had already planned on the chicken for my supper and I just threw this together for enough to feed both of us. We both loved it. I will modify for company by increasing ingredients and add a salad with french bread garlic toast. Thanks!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this just today and I loved it! I made this just today and I loved it!!! Delicious!!! My mom tried it and she also loved how it came out so she is planning to make it herself for the whole family. For the sauce I used del monte tomato and basil spaghetti sauce, I think it gives it a great flavor. I also loved that it is quick and easy to make.

For the spaghetti sauce, I used Ragu Chunky Sundried Tomato and Sweet Basil Sauce., and I think this gave it a really good taste. I think I might try adding some mushrooms next time. This one is definitely a keeper!
